Hi fellow NXT rockstars,

I am trying to figure out how BB chooses to organize a solicitor's goals in the “goals” tile in workcenter. It clearly shows a maximum of 5 appeals, but I can't determine why the system chooses which goal. I found an article that explains how we manage their goals through database but it's not managing the view in the tile, rather it's managing the appeal.

Does anyone know if there is a way we can rearrange the goals in the tile or potentially add more to it so it shows more than 5?

    @Tanner Patnode as far as I know, there is no way to rearrange the goals, or select which of them appear. I don't think customer support will have an answer as to why - they'll just repeat what you have already learned from the documentation.

    Being able to do so certainly would be helpful, and I recommend adding this to the idea bank if the suggestion does not already exist. Then come back to rally support - you'll get my vote!
