BBMS not posting to RE NXT Gift Batch

Hello,

Has anyone had issues with credit card donations created online through BB Merchant Services not showing in Gifts in RE NXT? How do you resolve this issue? Thank you.

    @Anne Swearingin How were the gifts processed? If they were processed through the virtual terminal, I'm pretty sure those gifts bypass the batch process.

    Yes, donors enter the information from our donor form on the webpage. We did get a couple early on that were in a batch but then it stopped. If this is normal I am okay with that when we just have a few at a time.

    @Anne Swearingin If these are gifts that were created on the donation form by the donor, then those gifts should show up in NXT batch, provided that they processed successfully. You should definitely verify that they completed successfully in BBMS before moving forward? Were they all credit card donations, and no direct debits or other types that are not showing up?

    @Dariel Dixon in database view I had to transfer to a batch. In NXT there were some early on that showed in a gift batch now they do not. I do not show a list of unapproved credit card donations in NXT to add to put in a batch.

    RE NXT Donation Form transaction does not show up in database view gift batch, they only show up in webview gift batch.

    As Dariel said, you will want to verify using BBMS transaction list and filtering on Application to determine if there were actually transaction/donation made.

    Yes, they were successfully completed in BBMS. The donors already in our system were batched by day but unlinked donors had to be taken care of then they batched. Not sure what has changed. Thank you.
