05.21.25 Issues

Cannot run queries. Receivables > Query > we get to host.nxt.blackbaud.com/errors/broken

And all of our invoices in FENXT are gone….

    I would love to however when I go to the Blackbaud Support page, click Case Central - page does not load and goes back to Blackbaud Support page.

    I then tried to click Manage Cases (to check status of cases with Blackbaud Support) - page does not load and goes back to Blackbaud Support page.

    I then tried to click Chat, no movement or it takes me to a blank screen and then goes back to Blackbaud Support.

    When I scroll down on Blackbaud Support page I can see Blackbaud Status/ Blackbaud Scheduled Maintenance, the green dot just blinks perpetually.

    I am at a standstill here.

  • @Roxanne Chaves I'm sorry to hear that Roxanne. I did just try and log in to chat support myself and was able to get through. I chose mission critical as the option and skipped putting in a case #. Would you be able to try again and let me know if you are still unable? If so, I can escalate to my team to see if there is any issues preventing you from connecting with chat support. Thanks!

    Thank you. Nothing is letting us get through. It is not only me having this issue, it is happening across all users here at this site. We have also tried through various different web browsers. Please escalated this for us.
