A/R Statements not printing correctly

Now that the statements for the A/R module are no longer in the database I have been trying to print them in the NXT. They are not printing correctly. I thought that the setup would be the same when moving to the web view. I wish I could look at the format from the database because it ISN'T the same. The client # is printing on top of the “Please pay by 00/00/0000”.

I was chatting yesterday with support. They sent me an email this morning to adjust the alignment. That only moves everything not an individual line. It also has the due date from last month. I put the correct one in but it still says due 4/30/2025!

This is so frustrating! Does anyone have this same problem & is there a solution??

  • @Nikki Baldwin I have a case for invoices not aligning either and no one seems to have been able to fix it yet. It also sounds like I'm not the only one.

  • @LeeAnn Schmidtberger we are in the same boat! Our invoices no longer align. All of a sudden on Friday they stopped aligning. We also have the issue where our invoices are totaling wrong in webview but total right in database view.

  • @Lisa Ford. I also have issues with alignment changing and the due date overlapping the other fields. I have a case open, but no luck yet.

    @Lisa Ford I'm not seeing any specifics here for this as a larger update – do you have a case open at this point with support? If not, I would highly suggest to get one created asap so we can dig in further.

    Hi, there is still the same issue with the A/R stmts not printing correctly. I just checked the Case Central and there is no update. This is going on the 3rd month with no correction. Is there any progress???

    @Lisa Ford, I've been doing some digging on my end and found out that, apologies, your statement issue was linked to a different AR statement defect, hence the message. I can see that your case owner has things open and that you've attached a new screenshot from today. The team is on it right now to dig in and you should receive an update shortly. Apologies again that there was a misunderstanding on the specific defect issue to which your case was attached. In the meantime, do they print correctly out of database view so you can get them out? Just wanting to confirm!!

  • @Lisa Ford I am having a similar issue! The first page of my statement is fine, but then on the second page the transaction lines are overlapping with the headings. Very frustrating as we have to send these out to clients. I also tried playing around with the formatting, but nothing seems to correct it.

    I was on vacation & just got back. Yes, I was able to run the A/R stmts in database with no problems.

  • @Ashley Snow I was able to print the stmts thru the database. I hope this will still be available until FE corrects the issue in NXT.
