Transitioning to NXT – Need Guidance on GL Info & Post Reports

We've been using the hosted RE database view for years and are now preparing to transition key processes to web view (RE NXT). Our Finance team uses Ellucian Colleague, and historically, we’ve relied on the commit and post reports from batch processing in database view to provide daily gift data to the Business Office for GL recording.

As I begin mapping this process in NXT, I’ve encountered two issues:

I’m unable to view or edit GL distribution information for Funds in NXT.

I haven’t located a replacement for the Post Report in web view.

My question:
If you're using both RE NXT and Ellucian Colleague, how are you managing daily gift reporting to your Finance Office, particularly ensuring all necessary GL details are included?

Any insights or examples of your workflow would be greatly appreciated!

    Fund GL Distribution is not available on webview yet, which is coming this year I think

    Posting function is also only dbview right now, I do know this is in plan for Blackbaud to make it webview function, but not sure by when.

    We use RE with FE NXT, posting is done via RE database view.
