Integration with RE - Gift Records

I was in the BBMS Virtual Terminal taking a gift (I'm new in my position) - is there a way to have the virtual terminal automatically create a gift record in Raisers Edge and link to the correct constituent? The constituent's name and e-mail address were consistent across the two platforms, so I thought the record would be auto-created.

    Hi @Matt Schutz

    The virtual terminal is designed purely to accept a payment and operates agnostically to any Blackbaud donor management application (such as RE NXT or Blackbaud CRM).

    Alternatively, if you use the back-office capabilities in RE NXT to add a new gift and payment details, then the gift appears in RE NXT and the merchant services portal.
