Issues today with not finding account numbers when posting in GL

Is anyone having these issues today? I'm trying to enter my deposit in the journal entry in GL. Now, (since you have to select the account after entering it or it disappears…..) when I enter an account number it can't find it! I have logged out several times and now I just rebooted my computer & still have this issue! Is something going on with Blackbaud FE NXT today?? WTH?!?

Example: For instance an account number is 15-00-00-2611. When I type that number in the only thing that comes up is 10-00-00-1000. I can't even search for it.

    If you key it correctly and hit tab, it will still populate as it should. It's just the preview window that is glitching.

  • @Lisa Ford doesn't sound like the same issues we experience. what we suffer through is the green dot from h*ll. the system delays and delays and delays. we sign out and it's still super slow. yesterday defaults went away but are back today. there are odd messages when trying to run reports. it gets very inefficient some days just trying to get work done.

  • @Kristy Soular It would leave the number blank (I might have been just using the mouse to move to the next line). It took me WAY too long to enter my deposit. I am not noticing it today. The web view seems to be very glitchy….. So frustrating!

  • @Lisa Ford I am having issues (started yesterday 5/21) when entering an account number in the journal entry field, it auto populates with the very first account in my GL, regardless of what is typed. If I then click on “show matches” it will show the match to what I typed. Something must have been changed….I sure hope it gets changed back. This is one more step in slowing down our processes by making data entry more complicated ?

  • @Lisa Ford I had issues yesterday and continuing into today. Example: Want to enter softball as project code and NXT brings up science labs and I cannot work around it. Did your system correct itself yet?

  • @Lisa Ford do you happen to be missing menu buttons in the drop-downs. All of ours have disappeared today. I work in IT and I'm a FE Admin and they are gone for me too. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue today.

  • @Lisa Ford Yes I am having the same issue - I type in an account and the name of the account is correct, but the drop down shows that same 10-10000-00 blank thing. If I tab on to the date, the correct number does save. But very frustrating.

  • @Josceline Reardon I don't think I am missing menu buttons, but my bank reconciliations are all glitching. They aren't pulling in transactions from the register which are in the reconciliation time-frame; they aren't totaling correctly, and other issues. I don't know what is going on today, but I don't think they are supporting NXT very well.
