Sharing my Power Automate Flow: Microsoft Outlook/RE NXT Email Handling

Summary
This Flow looks at every email that comes into a specific Outlook Folder (in real time). It searches for the constituent within RE NXT. If it can’t find a constituent, it flags the message. If it finds a constituent, it adds the email as an Action to the RE NXT Constituent record. If it finds multiple constituents, it moves the email to a specific Duplicates folder for follow up.

Configuration Needs

After importing the Flow and authorizing the Connections, you will need to edit the Outlook Folder locations in the Flow.

    @Linton Myers This flow will save all incoming emails. Do you have a solution for saving outgoing emails to donors or responses to emails?
