Recurring Gifts - Employee Pledges
We're considering the option of moving our next FY employee donors who are automatic renewal employee donors with pledges over to recurring gifts. Has anyone tried this already - any set backs? I know there would be manual needs for cumulative reporting based on a total and not their monthly payments as well as certain clubs we have established based on amounts given annually, etc. Just curious!

@Denise Miller The biggest thing I've seen is counting the pledge amounts in amount raised/expected for a fund/campaign. We have staff who want their name on a list of donors at a particular level and that is based on that multi-year pledge amount.
Recurring vs. pledge also will change gift stats like largest gift.
