Submitted Application Date in New Portal Application

We went live with the new portal application for one of our programs and after receiving 40 applications, see that the date the application was submitted is not transferring to the request record. The request date in the request record reflects the date I consider the pending application. What field do I need to include in the form to remedy this? Thank you to anyone who can help.

    We are dealing with the same issue. We have multistage applications and have also found that the request date does not update to show when the second stage application form is submitted or considered, like it used to do in the Legacy Portal. The request date remain stuck on the stage one application date. We have to manually update the request date for each record. Wonder if anyone else has found a solution to this yet.

    I was in a Q&A on May 22nd and asked the question in the chat. Jason responded that there are related cases open with Support regarding this issue, but I have no idea of any resolution and not sure how/where I would find that information. For now, I'm updating manually which is not ideal.
