NXT email

Hi , can anyone help? I've been using NXT email for 4 years now. I am included as a recipient in my email lists . I've stopped receiving my emails. I've checked I'm in the list to send to, I'm opted in and haven't made any changes to my own record. But I'm not in the recipients list produced after the send, and therefore not getting them!

Any ideas of what I can check? This concerns me, as it could also be happening to some of our supporters.

  • @Helen Hughes I would check with your IT department to see if your email is getting caught by organizational email filters. They may have tweaked a setting that is now blocking BB emails like this.
