Changing a grade after the year has been closed
Can someone give me some info on how to change a grade after the year has been closed out. Let's say I have a senior and I want to change a grade when the senior was a freshman. What's the process of doing that? Is it easy or a Pain in the you know what. Best, Rich

Should be pretty easy - Grades> Grades Management > Enter Grades by Student > choose the school year from the dropdown and search for the student. You can then edit.

@Richard Pan Just note that you may also have to rerun GPAs and standings.
