Good afternoon,

We use BB Merchant Service for credit card donations. BBMS has a fee for each transactions. We are also seeing a BKCD Processing Fee being pulled from our check account the first day of each month. How do I find out who (what company) and how this fee is calculated. It varies each month. A detailed report of fee calculations would be helpful. BBMS does a great job on the reports for the fees.

No. This is not the Annual Fee. Funds are pulled the first business day of each month from our checking account. The item is showing BKCD Settlement. It varies from $85 each month and has been as much as $368.90. No rhyme or reason.

@Anne Swearingin, we don't have those fees on our bank statements, so it may be something unrelated to BBMS. (We don't use any other payment processors.)

Might want to check with your bank for more info on who is charging you, and if it is Blackbaud, then go to your account rep.

Hi Alex,

We talked to the bank. Our Blackbaud rep is working on it as well. Since we do not use any other serivce for credit card processing, we might have to just ask the the to stop payment.
