Daily Limits

I have an existing account which we want to sunset tied to our instance which has 25K/api calls per day. When creating a new login/replacement (again, tied to our instance) it says the ‘tier’ is ‘free’ and only 1K calls per day?

How would I get my new login to be at our ‘customer' tier instead of the ‘free’ tier?

If you are wondering why we want to change the account/login to a new one, the current account uses a name that is no longer applicable.
