Hello!

I am Jacqueline Koca, Senior Product Manager for the Student Information System. We are thrilled to be opening recruitment for our Early Adopter Program (EAP) for Parent Initiated Attendance.

This feature allows parents to submit attendance for their students directly through the portal. No more phone calls or emails! Administrators are able to review all submissions and make adjustments or additional contact as needed.

    @Jacqueline Koca will schools be able to turn this on by division or will it be a whole school setting. Hoping by Division!

    You will be able to control which school levels this is available for, as well as what codes parents can enter.

    @Jacqueline Koca Hi Jacqueline. Any updates on this EAP? I've already signed up and would LOVE to be a beta tester on this! If selected as an EAP participant, we'd have to inform parents about the new feature and instruct them on how to report their child's attendance (assuming it will be released for the start of the school year). Just curious to know when you'll be reaching out to interested schools to let them know they've been selected as an Early Adopter.

    I unfortunately got sick and lost my voice and was unable to get the demo video recorded when planned. We are back on schedule now and emails will be going out today to schools that filled out the interest form.
