Legacy Version of Grantmaking
With the legacy version going away I understand that the applicant/grantee portal & applications will be changing but how about everything on the backend. Will it still be the same as it is now. Will all the prior applications, history & documents be there and can be exported? Will we still be able to run reports on data prior to August 31st?

@Michelle Faria All existing data will remain in the database, and everything on the backend will continue to function as before. The only change is that all new application submissions from the new Application Portal will now appear under Applications → Pending Submissions.
For applicants who wish to retain a copy of their historical applications, please download them from the Legacy Portal as soon as possible, as access will be discontinued soon.

@Michelle Faria Applications, history, and documents will be retained in your grantmaking database. Applicants can go into the portal and download their history before August 31st if they need or want it for their records. After August 31st, you as the backend solution admin can download the information for them at any time, and it remains intact. Hope this helps.
