Mongoose for Texting?

Is there anyone who uses Mongoose for texting? Do you record those conversations in RE and if so, would you be willing to talk about your process? We are likely to move to the platform in July and just wanted to hear from some other users.

    We are thinin about this Mongoose as well since I Student Systems & Blackboard are using it.  Would like to find other users as well.

    We don't use this product, but we are using ViewSpark. It is a platform that allows you to send short (less than one minute) rough videos of what is happening around our organization. It is a great tool to communicate with donors! It is still a new product and a bit clunky at times, but it has proved VERY effective.

    @Ellen Callahan We did use them for about a year, but then with staffing changes and budget cuts we did not renew the contract. Our new annual giving director has experience with Hustle so we have just signed up with them.

    Apologies for just stumbling across this… Columbia College Admissions has been using Mongoose for several years; Advancement just became aware of it 1-2 years ago, and because of our contract, it was zero additional cost for Advancement to just piggyback onto our Admissions account.

    Just before I learned about Mongoose, they released an NXT connector (thanks to SKY). Nearly zero setup for us, and all incoming and outgoing texts record as actions on the constituent record.
