Best Practice for Processing BBMS Gift Transaction
We are spending SO MUCH TIME reconciling BBMS Transactions for month end processing.
Does anyone have a best practice for processing BBMS Gifts? Does your best practice detail the process accepting gifts, batching approved gifts and then posting gifts in RE?
Additionally, we are seeing that it takes 7 to 9 days for BBMS to post our cash into our Bank. Is this typical for BBMS?
We were told that using BBMS would improve and streamline our operations, we would save time & money. We haven’t seen a time savings or a money savings to date.
I would appreciate your input.
