Advanced List - Parents of 2nd grade students for 2025-2026 SY
Good morning All,
Needed some quick insight into creating an advanced list to be used in a distribution group.
I need to filter for parents of students in a particular grade level for next school year. The key being I HAVE NOT RUN THE MASTER ROLL OVER. I have been able to get parents of students enrolled for sy 2025-2026. I tried adding a couple different objects I have finally hit user register.grade Id. Curious if anybody knows where I can find the “grade id” values or if there is a better route to take.

@John Bozek important object is “Platform” which gives access to “Grade Level. Grade Level”

Hey John,
I have found the basic list Registered Students (Prior, Current, and/or Next Year) helpful in this situation. And I believe the filters pictured below would work for you.
