Unable To Approve Batch In Raiser's Edge NXT

Currently having some issues with approving a batch in the Sky Developer Cohort environment in Raiser's Edge NXT. This wasn't an issue yesterday and the gifts I'm trying to submit are the same. The batches don't have any exceptions but when I click approve I just receive a “Can't approve batch [Batch ID]” notification. I checked the requests being sent on the page for more information but everything is returning 200 status codes. Is this just a temporary issue or is there actually something wrong with the gifts in the batches I'm submitting? The batch numbers are:

GFT-2025-411 and GFT-2025-410

    I believe Cohort environment, you are not allow to perform “write”, but just “read” operations. YOu need to request “write” operation permission.

    @Erik Leaver may be able to explain better or give you the rights.

  • @Alex Wong I should already have write permissions in the Cohort environment. Up until yesterday I was able to approve the batches I created just fine but for some reason I can't approve these new ones which as far as I can tell are the same as the ones I was able to approve previously. I can still create gifts just fine.

    Narrowed it down to just a missing gift date on the gifts. Don't think I was setting that previously, but making sure it's set on all gifts now allows me to approve the batches. The UI still doesn't show that as an exception though and the batch just fails with a notification so that might be worth changing.
