The Pre-payment Report no longer gives the option to download/export as Excel or Excel data versions. It just automatically pops up as a PDF and I have to convert it to Excel. Luckily, I have the software to convert it. Then I have to configure it and cut and paste parts. It was so much easier to cut and paste the Excel data version, so I could combine my Pre-payment Reports for Computer Checks, EFTs and Bank Drafts into one Excel spreadsheet. Please reinstate the Excel and Excel data options for the Pre-payment Reports.

    I noticed that when I generated the pre-payment report last week, the payments were marked as paid--even though they had not been processed.

    @Sheryl Guyer This is so frustrating. Today, I couldn't get the pre-payment report to generate. It kept saying it was processing but nothing ever happend.

    Agrees. This is very frustrating. Has anyone heard anything regarding the Excel option being restored?

    Excel is there, just not the data one.

    I did complain about this, however.

    As a result of the engineering change to grab a bigger market share, by moving the ribbon to the side, (so tablets and phones can use the software via resizing), it had the effect of removing from sight the notification bell and downloaded icon.

    Once you exit the window, you can then see the report….and then of course you need to go back in and repopulate your entire report to then generate payment.

    Not value added to a traditional user imo, but its about the shareholders.

    Would be great if the notifications/download icons remained visible within/above the window for generating payment, for institutions not automating down their AP headcount.
