We used to use MailOmatic to bulk email AR invoices from FE, but that is no longer available to us now that we are on NXT. Is anyone using anything connected to FE NXT to bulk email out AR invoices? Thanks

    I believe they have a function planned they showed off in a previous PUB where emails will eventually be able to be sent from AR in FENXT. Once released, it will be built into the system.

    @Kevin Brazell I hadn't seen that. Thanks. Frustrating that they would remove the ability to use MailOmatic with NXT and not already have a solution built for mass emailing invoices.

    @Stephen Carter, sorry you're experiencing this frustration – I'm not sure why Omatic decided not to support FENXT webview with their solutions here. As Kevin said, we are working to make improvements in this area for those who have been affected by that end of support.

    I think a better question is why is it taking Blackbaud so long to create a solution themselves instead of relying on a third party.

    @Kevin Merrell, sorry you're frustrated about this. We have built EFT email options which are available now (which weren't available previously) and we are currently working on further improvements based on customer feedback. We also have Payment Assistant available in Financial Edge NXT which will send more detailed remittance emails with EFTs, virtual card payments, and remotely printed checks for you. All you have to do is approve the payments and we take care of the rest!
