The view on candidate records has changed this summer and you can no longer easily see an inquiry file or the inquiry submission date. The inquiry file has moved from being easily viewed as a file link via record>candidate information to now living under files and forms. Now, it is more difficult to see if an inquiry has been submitted and when. When I talked with support, they were not helpful. Can anyone weigh in on this change? inquiry new view.PNG

    @Kelsey Huijgen Thank you for looking into this, Kelsey. We are also finding that if we change a candidate's entering year, the inquiry disappears. In the past, we were able to change the entering year via candidate information without losing the original inquiry.

    Hi @Trudy Howard. The inquiry form will only show up under Files and Forms if it's for the current year, so changing the entering year to a future/past year means it won't show there. We discovered an issue that was preventing the inquiry form from showing up under Candidate Information, which is where you're used to seeing it, and we're working on fixing that right now. Once that's restored, you will be able to see the inquiry in Candidate information regardless of what the candidate's entering year is.

    @Kelsey Huijgen Thank you again for your prompt attention to this issue. We can now see the inquiry file via candidate information, regardless of the inquiry year and/or entering-year, and we can see the date of submission. This is very helpful to our processes and procedures.
