Resource Board Organization

I am looking at reorganizing our Resource Board Posts and wanted to ask others how they use their Resource Boards. Our current format has random posts and we have so many that they just get lost! They are also not used as much as we would like. Ideally, it would be great to have 3 main posts (1) Faculty/Staff (2) Parents (3) Students and then within these three posts, to then have all the information each group needs in one post but I also would love it if there was a way to create “sub-posts” but it doesn't look like this is an option. Any ideas on how to streamline and use Resources in a cleaner more effective way… I'm all ears! Thanks!
