Entering Solicitations Notations - Actions or Appeals Tile?

We are preparing to start importing solicitations notations to our constituent records and would like to know if other organizations enter them in the Actions or Appeals tile. Our initial import from our previous database sent them to the Actions tile. But the Appeals tile appears to me to be set up for this type of information. What do you do? Thanks!

    @Cindy Miller We use Appeals to record specific asks that are made to large groups of constituents: spring mailer, EOY mailer, specific phone appeals, etc.

    We use actions to record more individual interactions - meetings, dinners, calls, emails etc. directly with a constituent. Or even a thank you email/mailing for a gift. Actions are also nice for this as you have more fields/options to record more details.
