This works perfectly:

This one works very well: GET https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/school/v1/users/510000/relationships HTTP/1.1

However,

Many of the EMS calls are regarding only 1 user. Is it possible to adjust the GET https://api.sky.blackbaud.com/school/v1/users/510000/relationships HTTP/1.1

  I don't see the first call in your post, but the relationships are returned for a list of users in GET Users extended by role(s).
  
  The other relationship endpoints will always be specific to a single user.
