Donation Forms for Blackbaud CRM™ Are Now Available!

Effective September 18, 2024, Blackbaud's new Donation Forms are now available for Blackbaud CRM™ and Blackbaud Altru®.Blackbaud Donation Forms natively integrate with Blackbaud’s Payment Processor and CRM Solutions to give a completely connected experience, and enable you to raise more, streamline the donor experience, simplify administrative tasks, and reduce processing costs, so you can sustain and grow your mission.



Blackbaud Donation Forms empower Blackbaud CRM™ customers with powerful features including:

• Donor Cover Options
• Optimized and Standard Forms
• Streamlined Transaction Processing
• You must have Service Pack 36 or higher and have SKY API enabled to use Blackbaud Donation Forms.

Blackbaud Donation Forms are now available at no extra cost to U.S. organizations who use Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Altru and process transactions with Blackbaud Merchant Services. We expect to begin enabling support of Blackbaud CRM customers outside the US starting at the end of this year.
