Description
This fix resolves an issue where an error may occur when connecting an RSS Feed to Outlook. Error: Outlook cannot download the RSS Content from (XXX) because you do not have the required credentials.  
This fix resolves an issue where the pledge filter in a smart field pulls the full pledge amount and not the balance.
This fix resolves an issue where the additional gifts column in the Membership Dues Report may not update correctly when a member gives a standalone donation.
