You get points for RSVP'ing to an event, but what about for attending webinars? It feels like you should be earning points in the community for actively participating in Blackbaud's webinars (Outside of Blackbaud U).

Great list! My 2018 goal is to level up to Expert status. I love that we have this diverse community to support our understanding and utilization of the Blackbaud platforms. It kills me that so many NPs invest a lot of $$ i their donor platform but don't invest the time into learning how to make it best work for the organization.
