I have a background in Corporate Learning and Development. I enjoy watching anything grow in a healthy way; people, plants, organizations etc. I am part of an active family of four. I play the Mom role but at least twice a day the kid in me comes out and you can find me dancing, playing a prank or just lying on the couch looking at the ceiling day dreaming!

Ray Bergman



Hey Community! My name is Ray Bergman and I’m one of the new community managers here at Blackbaud. I have a passion for the outdoors, spending time with my wife and 5 kids, and I’m super persnickety when it comes to my own grammar. I’ll be doing my best to meet and interact with each and every one of you, so if I haven’t already – please drop me a line and introduce yourselves.  To me, there’s just something special about a community that can reach out and converse with each other like we’re in the next room over.  My goal is to help bring us all together and feel like one big family.
