In the hands-on pre-conference bbcon workshop Next Level: Power Up your Automations with Artificial Intelligence you'll get personal coaching as you build apps to automate key nonprofit business processes. You’ll develop skills you can use to create more automation projects than these covered in the workshop.



During the workshop, you will create these applications (and maybe more!):

• Register a donor for an upcoming event using a donor service chat bot
• Scan a pledge card and automatically create a gift in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT®
• Scan incoming emails from donors and categorize them for follow-up based on sentiment analysis
