Changing Email From information in NXT
All of our eblasts sent in RE NXT are sent from an email address "Hopewell News at Hopewell.cc." For one personalized eblast from the Director of Development, we want it to come from her. When I changed the email from and email to names to be her information, I could not send a test. Can someone please point me to what might cause this problem? The Knowedgebase says we are able to make those changes.

You should be able to do this without issue. Does the Dev Director's email have a different domain than one you have for your website?

No, it is firstinitiallastname at hopewell.cc.

I can't find anything in the documentation that indicates that this is a known issue. I recommend reaching out to support and looping in your CSM if they give you the run around.

when you say you can't send a test, is the "Sent test" button grayed out? or you can click it but some error happen.
