Routing Forms

Has anyone created a routing form in the new portal and have any tips? Better yet can you share an example of what it should look like to work correctly?

  • We have two program areas utilizing routing forms in their application flows. Both have an overview of the program topic areas (i.e. focus area 1 paragraph, focus area 2 paragraph, focus area 3 paragraph) and then a singular question with a pick list asking them to select their focus area. Then, using the "Automation" feature we create the logic for the routing to the correct preapplication. We also use the response to the routing question to drive conditional logic on the application.
