Experiencing Intermittent Functionality Issues with Financial Edge NXT

Hi there,

Is anyone else experience irregular glitches or slowness while using FE NXT? Our AP, Reports, and Treasury sections have been unusable for the past three days. Our IT team is working on the possible solutions and we have reached out to the Support Team regarding this issue. However, they claimed that it has not been a common issue for other clients. Thoughts anyone?

  • Same here, although once we had our IT open the floodgate of our firewall to allow cloud communication with any country, the errors and report hang-ups went away. The joys of migrating Micrfosoft clouds. It certainly was an issue this past week, with support cases opened. Same sections.

  • Same here as well. This is what Blackbaud support told me:

    As part of the ongoing transition from the database view to Financial Edge NXT, not all features have been fully migrated yet. Our teams are actively working to ensure a smooth experience for you during this process. This transition may occasionally result in system glitches. In such cases, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies or accessing the system via an incognito window can often help.

  • We have been down for 11 days due to intermittent and non-functioning aspects within FE NXT. Support had to open up Database view fully for us to operate. It seems to be certain canadian customers, not system wide.

  • We are also having significant issues this week with both slowness & glitches and have not been able to resolve yet (working with support for 3 days and no real fix as of yet).
