Reimbursable Grants

Hello, we are interested in using the reimbursable grants feature in FENXT, but I'm having a hard time finding resources on how to set it up/use it. Does anyone have any resources they have found useful?

Unfortunately, I've had to teach myself. There aren't any resources around reimbursable grants provided by Blackbaud. First you need to set up the reimbursement rules in the grant record. Then you will be able to go into Charges>Request Grant Reimbursements to select which expenses you want to include in an invoice or charge. Currently, the feature in NXT is not fully set up so I've been doing it in database which just disappeared on me.

Hi, Blackbaud University should have a live instructor-led course available to sign up for early next week called Reimbursable Grants. That course will hopefully help fill in some gaps!
