Listing of Security Role Tasks & Their Functionality

I have inquired with support in the past to see if they could provide a list of all the available security tasks within FE NXT and the functionality that each check box grants. At the time, I was told that no such thing exists. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck in finding any support on the security role setup and management that provides this information. I have looked in the knowledgebase and there still does not appear to be anything like what I need. I would love to create more specific job-based roles, but don't know what permissions each of the tasks allow.

    I would be interested in this as well for the Payables and Treasury modules. It is very unclear and confusing what security you are granting when clicking the checkboxes.

    Hi all,

    I was able to access a sample database, where I had accessed the security settings and taken a screenshot of the entire page of options. Please find it attached for your reference, although please note there is no description of what the feature does. Regardless, I think this list may be useful to many people who simply want to see how they can properly configure user roles for their org.

    Thank you. I actually created a spreadsheet with all the options for each module, but wasn't sure what permissions some of the options granted. We weren't able to get much help from support either. We were back and forth with them to grant a specific permission to one of our users and never got a resolution.

    We would love to have a security query or report we could run in the system that would show what permissions a user has access to.
