Email processing Issue
Has anyone experienced an email processing issue with email processing? We got a bounceback from a pdf basware link, but the email address is nowhere to be found on the org record. Trying to figure out how to stop this from happening but having trouble even knowing where to start! Example:

Haven't seen this email before, but looks "phishy".
Are you aware that this is an email you sent out with this subject line?
Don't click, but mouse over the 2 links (Knowledge Base article and Contact Support), where does the link trying to take you?
What is the "from" email address of this email?

Good point!
All of that checks out: it's definitely an email we sent. From line was "no-reply@pdf.basware.com".
Knowledge base article really does go to a basware knowledge base article (this one: ) although it doesn't help me solve this puzzle.

an email that you sent out via RE NXT?
Does not "look" like it is an email you sent from RE NXT though, Basware looks to be some automation tool, were you doing something in Basware? If so, then you should reach out to Basware's support.

Agree with Alex - doesn't look to be RE NXT/Blackbaud.
