Printing problems in FE NXT

I have been using Blackbaud for over 20 yrs. I have found the FE NXT software much more efficient to use than the old database version. However, I have not been able to properly align my checks in FE NXT. While printing checks in the database view is still available I know that eventually that functionality will be discontinued. I hope that Blackbaud fixes the alignment problem in FE NXT before they end the check printing in the database view. They should allow an organization to upload a check and have the system scan and align the data properly.

    I don't know if this will help you or not, but I found when switching from printing checks in database view to FENXT, I had to make sure my printer was set up to print Actual Size. If it was set up to scale or print to fit, it wouldn't be properly aligned.

    Thanks Jennifer, I use an old HP laserjet printer but I will try that setting, thanks again.

    So I tried using the "Actual Size" option, while the check data lines up properly, the information on the check stubs do not, specifically the invoice number does not print properly.
