'Unable to provide pdf download for check', Invoice already posted. Can I reissue a check ? No.

Hi. I clicked generate payment, received a Blackbaud error code, and now the invoice is posted and not showing as able to cut to check again. "Unable to provide '.pdf' download link for (file). The HTTP status code of the response was not expected (404).

Can I reissue a check ? I really don't want to have to void this.

10 minutes earlier I had lag times with reports running. Should have known.

URL changes on the servers…cloud locations moving from one country to another…

    Hi,

    I encountered this problem for the first time last week. Luckily there was only one check in that run.

    Has anyone been able to fix the problem without voided the checks.

    We had this happen today with a check run of 17 individual payments. Blackbaud, please come up with a fix. It is not reasonable to suggest clients void and reissue when this seems to be now a known error.
