Hello All! I have a gradebook issue where one teacher is listed (Marc) for 3rd and 4th Quarter English III 3102-2 and it should only be Jessica. Jessica will be teaching this course for the year. How do I change the gradebook "owner" to be Jessica and not Marc?

    The "owner" of each section's gradebook is the teacher assigned to teach the section for that term. It looks like a teaching assignment change was made at some point that was applied to the 1st and 2nd term but not the 3rd and 4th terms.

    Go to Academics > Scheduling > Requests and schedules > Manage classes. Set the filter at the top right for the correct division and 3rd term. Edit the class and look at the teacher assigned to that section. My guess is that you will find Marc listed as the teacher for 3rd and 4th terms.

    Remove him and add Jessica. Jessica will then own the gradebook for all terms.
