Another Odd Error in Power Automate - 409 (the response is not in a JSON format)

Hello again -

Similar to my recent post (Confusing 403 Error) I've run into another 400 error, this time 409. Weirdly, it's through an account with full RE NXT admin permissions, so the Extensibility permission shouldn't be an issue. It's been happening randomly on 'Get a gift' and 'Get a constituent' actions, and not for every gift in a run 2-3 out of ~50.

Anyone have thoughts on this? I'm at a bit of a loss.

the innerError is a HTML code for the error that the API is returning, copy that out to see what the real error is.

When I try that it's 12,000+ characters long in one row; only know this because I tried to include it in my original post and found out there's a character limit to posts on this site.

Any tips on how to sort through that to find what I need?

it's HTML "escaped".

you just need to post (if you can) what's between <body> and </body>

not exactly "escaped" but it's just certain characters. \n is new line \" is double quote.

if you can do a replace of \n with newline and \" with double quote.. you should then be able to a HTML preview tool (i.e. W3School) and paste the HTML code in there to see the body of the error
