Online giving forms thank-you redirect?

I'm looking to create thank-you webpages where giving forms will redirect after a gift. Ideally, I'd like to be able to pull a name/gift info into that page (like it would for the default content option). Does anyone know if that's possible, or does it have to be static?

    Hi Nicole!

    We support redirecting to your own webpage rather than using the built in confirmation screen, but we do not pass along any transaction data to be displayed on their page.  It has to be static. Hope this helps!
