Receipts are no longer available in Accounts Payable

Has anyone been able to locate where Receipts were moved to? We can't receipt any of our purchase orders. Our Security profiles are also completely gone. I checked my email for a notification from Blackbaud and there's nothing. I'm hoping someone else has some answers?

    I can't help with anything purchase order related, but can you clarify what you are looking for regarding security profiles?

    @Charlanne Thomas you should be able to see Receipts in the navigation under payables:

    If you don't have this and haven't already, I would suggest contacting support — especially in regard to your missing security roles? Profiles? Were you able to create a case yesterday?
