Report Scheduler Access

Good Morning.

I need some assistance and after briefly doing a search, I could not come up with anything
My CFO has been going through permissions and settings and everything that has to do with reporting is checked.

I reached out to Blackbaud's chat and they just repeatedly told me to have my administrator change my permissions, but would not tell me what specific permission.

Does anybody know how my admistrator can give me access?
