Blackbaud Purchase Card-anyone use it?

I have emailed a few times asking for more information about the BB purchase card but have not received anything back and its been 3+weeks. Does anybody use their card? Is worth it? Is it troubling? Is it difficult getting help when fraud charges appear? Is it easy to set up and set limits?

I have so many more questions if someone can please help me or guide me in the right direction on who I can speak to about the pcard.

Hi Caitlin. I just sent a note to your account executive to have them reach out to you.

  • Our experience has been positive so far after switching from another credit card. We had constant feed issues, which have now been completely eliminated. I find the Regions website isn't the best but is navigable, including for setting limits. It defaults to not allow international transactions, so if you have a lot of international travel or purchases, you should be proactive in your set-up. It has one major flaw that I've found so far—when you have a cardholder reach a limit and are trying to look at an account's transactions at a glance, you have to go a circuitous route to see all transactions. We haven't had issues with fraud yet, so I can't speak to that. Also, we only get a tiny bit of cash back, so we do miss the benefits of our previous card, but the convenience of the feed always working is the big positive for us.

  • We currently use a bank issued credit card. Can you please tell me if it's possible to get debit cards through Regions instead of dedicated credit cards used by one person only? It would be great to give a department a debit card to be used for department purchases or a debit card for travel for an employee for meals and travel expenses.

  • @Marcia Swires are there any fees with the Blackbaud credit card or getting a replacement for any reason?

    Thanks!
