How long should it take for a response if I sent an email to conference@blackbaud.com?

Our school needs to make a change to our registration, namely the people who are attending. I emailed conference@blackbaud.com two days ago, but I still have not received a response. I also tried adjusting my group registration myself, but I'm not sure I did it correctly because I canceled the initial attendee but then was unable to save the new attendee. Please help!

Likewise I'm a speaker and I registered before learning of the sessions that I'm doing were approved. I have sent numerous several times and I still can't get in as it is telling me my email is already in but I can't get further. I've emailed several times. . .

Any help is appreciated :)

OK I may have found my own problem - In doing the Bingo I finally came across a log in link - vs register (or this was just fixed - maybe)

Perhaps if that was more prominently placed it might save some of us :)

@Elizabeth Johnson Yes, I wish the conference website had a Login button rather than a Register button, too! The only place I can find it without referring to an email is on the Agenda Builder page.

@Crystal Bruce Thank you! I think my initial issue is now resolved. Is there a place we can leave website feedback/suggestions? Besides a Login button (see above), my next request for the site would be the ability to filter agenda sessions by date in the Agenda Builder.
