How long should it take for a response if I sent an email to conference@blackbaud.com?

Our school needs to make a change to our registration, namely the people who are attending. I emailed conference@blackbaud.com two days ago, but I still have not received a response. I also tried adjusting my group registration myself, but I'm not sure I did it correctly because I canceled the initial attendee but then was unable to save the new attendee. Please help!
