Power BI connector issues: "This application has not been connected to your Blackbaud environment".
Hi all,
I have an issue with connecting Power BI to Raiser's Edge. I have followed all the steps from the Blackbaud instruction video, however when trying to log into my Blackbaud account within Power BI, I receive the below error and I am not too sure what needs to be done. I was wondering if it has something to do with the second photo below where it says "No" underneath authorised. If anyone could please advise on any solutions that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
