Resend EFT remittances
Is there a way to resend EFT remittance after the file has been created? We created the ACH file but did not send the remittances so we just have one large PDF file. Does anyone know if all or select EFT remittances can be resent.

No there is not. I have done this and had to manually send them. Hopefully something they can look into adjusting.

I hope there is a way to reprint these too. I also sent EFTs on Friday 9/26/25 and the remittances did not download. It's in my download list but when I click on it, nothing happens. I wonder if this is a BB thing, or something on my end?

Currently No since they are sent when the EFT's are created in the NACHA file. You'd have to void the payments then recreate them. When creating them , you'd get the opportunity to send the email remittance(s) again.
