Workaround to add image to Team Page Description area?

Hi all,

Has anyone found a method for adding images to the Team Description area of a Team Page? We've had a few participants/captains over the years who have somehow done this on their own, but I can't replicate it. Here's an example: https://danafarber.jimmyfund.org/site/TR?fr_id=1200&pg=team&team_id=5241. I assume they managed this via copying & pasting, but I can't verify that any longer.

Interestingly enough, I can copy/paste the Description image from that sample page into the Description area of another (test) Team Page while editing it - but not from any other location.

    I have access as an employee of Blackbaud to the backend of your link example's instance of Luminate Online and I took a look at the backend of this customer's site. It looks like there was a copy and paste of an image into the personal page content (the image of the three young women) where a fundraising participant can enter text to tell their story, while the other image, the image of the young woman with her head tilted towards her shoulder), for the page is the image part of the page on the backend (the section where a fundraiser is asked to upload their own image for their personal or team fundraising page if they are a captain of the team).

    As far as the layout, this is a custom layout likely done by a web developer or Blackbaud staff member with access to the underlying layouts on the Luminate Online's FTP for that instance of Luminate Online. That is what governs the way that the image looks with the caption for the young woman with her head tilted to the side being above the content and the caption overlaying the image and the image being full width on the page rather than off to the left and the caption under the image by default. If you are interested in a custom layout for your own TeamRaiser event, that would require either jQuery in the Pagewrapper itself to manipulate on-page content on page load or an update to the underlying layout templates for use with TeamRaiser, both methods are something our team of web developers can do with a Professional Services engagement (the team that I am on as a consultant). Additionally, some of our partners in the Blackbaud Marketplace also build out these kinds of customizations if you would like to take a look there as well.
