Hi. Does anyone know where the department description displays and to whom? In the KB article on setting up departments and courses it says, "Enter a department description that will appear on curriculum pages." I cannot find any further documentation on curriculum pages. Help! Thank you.

    @Sarah Herrick I think this is referring to the Curriculum “detail pages” on the school website. We aren't pulling live data from our SIS to the website yet, so I can't confirm how this works, but I think that's the idea.

    Good question! I also need to edit a current department description and can no longer find where they reside. I've looked in Academics and Core.

    Departments and courses are now separate pages.

    You'll find the department descriptions in Academics > Scheduling > Requests and schedules > Departments. Click the 3-dots button to the left of the department and then click Edit.

    Descriptions for individual courses are now on Academics > Scheduling > Requests and schedules > Courses.

    To view or edit department descriptions, go to Academics > Scheduling > Requests and Schedules > select the Departments tab > click on the ellipses next to the department to see or modify the description.
